Adults and general fitness guidance
Sofa to Six Pack is for adults aged 18 and over. It provides exercise sessions, habit tools, progress tracking and general food guidance. It does not diagnose or treat health conditions. Read our health guidance, answer the safety questions honestly, and seek individual advice when needed.
Your account and content
Keep sign-in links and codes private. Use only your own account and media you are entitled to upload. Do not upload other people's private information, illegal content or abusive material; do not attempt to access others' records, bypass quotas or disrupt the service. You keep rights to the records and photos you provide; processing is limited to operating the requested features as described in our privacy policy.
Estimates and availability
Calorie needs, food identification, portions and macros are estimates you can review and correct. Missing nutrition data stays unknown. Check ingredients and product labels yourself, especially for allergies. Exercise demonstration availability depends on the exercise and selected character. Internet access is needed for sign-in, sync, AI and payments; browser storage is needed to keep local progress.
Your programme
The first pathway contains 16 programme weeks measured by completed sessions at your starting schedule. It is approximately four months when you keep that schedule; fewer sessions take longer. Afterwards, optional four-week continuation blocks keep using the current library. Completing a pathway or block does not reset your history, start a payment, or cancel an existing subscription. Access remains subject to your Free, complimentary or paid plan. Future exercise releases and specific physical results are not guaranteed.
Free access and paid plans
After the trial, Free includes two completed guided workouts per calendar week, resetting on Monday, plus your saved progress and basic tools. Premium and approved complimentary access provide unlimited sessions. The initial seven-day Premium trial requires no card and does not automatically charge you. You choose whether to purchase a paid plan. Before payment, Stripe checkout shows the price, currency, billing interval and applicable tax. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until you cancel renewal. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase for access for the operating life of this service, not a promise that the service can never close. See our cancellation and refund policy.
Launch offers
Optional Founding Member and buddy benefits are governed by the launch offer terms. They never start an automatic charge, and existing subscriptions must be managed separately.
Data, changes and complaints
See our privacy policy for health consent, export and deletion. We may improve the service or update these terms, and will give notice of material changes affecting paid access. Contact hello@sofatosixpack.com about problems or complaints, with your account email and a description; never send passwords or full payment card details.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. UK consumer protections continue to apply, and mandatory protections in your country are not removed by these terms.
