For adults 18+, one verified email account per person. Scheduled opening: 28 October 2026, London time. The live campaign display shows any changed opening or pause. Joining is optional. No card, purchase, review, like, tag or social post is required. Ordinary Free and approved beta access remain available.

500 founding places, earned by showing up

Sign in and choose Join the free founding challenge in Rewards or Settings. Complete three eligible guided workouts on three separate London calendar days within the following 14 days. The first 500 people to reach that target receive a numbered Founding Member place. Buddy entries can continue after all founding places are awarded. Joining alone does not reserve a place; the live counter records places awarded and may take up to two minutes to refresh. Awarded places are not recycled after an account is deleted.

Qualifying sessions must start and finish online while signed in after joining the offer. One completion per day counts. The app records a server start and completion, with at least 60 seconds elapsed and completion within 24 hours of starting. This is a basic integrity check, not a recommendation to stop after a minute or proof that exercise was performed. Complete your planned session safely; rest when needed. Imported history, local-only guest sessions, previews, Daily-3 ticks, duplicate completions and backdated entries do not count. A connection error never removes your ordinary local workout history; pending completions retry when you reconnect, subject to the same time limit.

Founders get Premium free before paid plans open. When paid launch is recorded, existing founders receive a further 14 days to decide; anyone qualifying later receives 14 days from their award. There is no automatic charge. Afterwards you retain the normal Free plan unless you choose to subscribe. You can use banked buddy passes before buying.

The founding discount

Founders receive 50% off the standard monthly or annual price on their first new subscription purchased through this app. The discount applies at checkout and continues on that subscription’s renewals while it remains active. It is not a fixed cash price or a lifetime purchase. Cancellation at the end of a period keeps the discount until the subscription actually ends; a later new subscription does not regain it. No stacking with other promotion codes, retrospective refunds or discount on lifetime purchases. The final payable price and rounding appear at Stripe checkout; no founder checkout proceeds if its discount cannot be applied.

Bring a buddy: 30 days each

Both people must join the offer. The invited friend must have created their account on or after the campaign opening and link your invite code before starting their first eligible offer workout, within their own 14-day window. Buddy pairing shares your chosen display name and narrow streak/last-active summary, not body measurements, nutrition records or health answers. A friend can be attributed to one inviter only. Existing buddies still work, but historical pairings or workouts do not earn retrospective passes.

When that friend completes their first eligible workout, each person earns one 30-day Premium pass, up to three earned passes (90 days) per person across the whole offer. Each person’s cap is independent. Passes are banked until you choose Use one 30-day pass; once activated they run for 30 consecutive days. Banked passes do not expire while this service and your account remain available. They do not refund, pause, cancel or credit an existing paid subscription. You cannot activate one while you have active paid or complimentary Premium; keep it for later and manage renewal yourself. A pass requires no card and never starts a paid subscription. Normal AI usage limits still apply.

Sharing is optional and transparent

The invite message includes “Ad” and explains that you can earn Premium if a friend qualifies. Keep that disclosure if posting your referral publicly. Only share directly with people who want the invitation; no spam, fake accounts, self-referrals or duplicate-person accounts. There is no reward for engagement or a positive review. This offer is run by Sofa to Six Pack, not sponsored or administered by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube.

Fair use and support

We can pause new entries and review suspected duplicate or automated activity. Existing legitimate earned rewards and challenge windows are honoured; we do not silently reset the counter. We may correct technical errors fairly and explain decisions. Contact hello@sofatosixpack.com if progress is missing or you disagree with a decision. This is not a cash prize or transferable benefit and does not guarantee physical results. Your statutory rights are unaffected. See our privacy policy and app terms.
