How Sofa to Six Pack works

A beginner workout programme should make the next step clear. Sofa to Six Pack combines guided sessions, practical food tools and breathing resets, with a plan that responds to how your last session felt.

1. Start with your own starting point

Start free opens account setup, with a genuine try-first route. In the app, onboarding asks about your goal, available equipment, weekly schedule and safety questions. Body details help estimate food targets where appropriate; estimates are guidance, not a diagnosis or a guaranteed result.

2. Do your first short session

The first session is designed as a short introduction, about five minutes including its warm-up. Exercise videos play in the app alongside written instructions. The characters in the demonstrations are AI-generated. An exercise can have a matching male or female video, or written guidance when that take is not available.

You can explore the public exercise library before signing up, including steps, common mistakes and linked variations. Safety restrictions still apply in the app; a referral offer or subscription never overrides them.

3. Tell the app how it felt

Session feedback gives Smart Progression a signal for the next session. “Too hard” eases the plan, while easier sessions can support a gradual increase. Your equipment, available days and recent records also shape the experience. This is app-based adaptation, not a live coach watching your form.

4. Work through 16 programme weeks

The first pathway is measured in completed sessions at your starting schedule, not a calendar countdown. It takes around four months if you follow that schedule; fewer sessions take longer. Editing your schedule does not erase completed workouts or reset your foundation target. There is no promised date for visible abs or a particular amount of weight loss.

5. Choose your next chapter

After the foundation, choose an ongoing four-week block focused on building strength, maintaining your routine or fitness. Your history and records stay with you. These blocks use the current exercise library; continuing does not depend on promised future releases. Read the programme and access terms for the full details.

What is free?

The seven-day Premium trial needs no card and never starts an automatic charge. After it, Free includes two guided workouts per week, resetting Monday, plus saved progress and basic tools. This means the programme takes longer on Free. Premium and approved complimentary access allow more sessions. Paid checkout is currently closed while we prepare for launch; the app shows its current availability.

Optional Founding Member and buddy rewards have separate, published rules. They require eligible recorded workouts, not social-media likes or shares. They never start a payment.

Food and breathing tools

The food diary, meal planning and shopping tools support everyday decisions. Live photo recognition requires sign-in, consent, a configured service and available usage allowance; estimates can be corrected. Breathing provides a guided reset. Neither feature replaces medical or individual dietary care.

Who is behind the guidance?

Meet the business and see the review scope. Coach Deniz reviewed the original programme in August 2026; newer continuation work and unpublished health guides await fresh review. We keep that distinction clear.
